Hi all

Thanks for all the support and replies you sent . Since then the memory clinic were in touch and came out to see mum last Thursday. They carried out tests in her own home, By Friday we were in the memory clinic and even though mum was a bit grumpy about it she saw the doctor and was prescribed Aricept. So all we can do now is monitor and hope that this will help stabalise her for a while. No one ever said they could prescribe on a home visit but if things go to plan mum will only have to make one more visit to the hospital and then it will monitored by a nurse. I know this is not necessarily going to work for mum but i am so glad that she has been given the opportunity. What a relief all round.

Will keep you informed.
Take care love
Maude :)

Dear Maude,
I`m so pleased you finally got the help your mum needed. I hope the Aricept helps.
Now she`s `on roll`, it`ll be easier all round for her to be monitored.
I`m sure you`re relieved.
With love
