Meds reduced

Hi all just a quick question about aricept. My mums tablet dosage was reduced in August due to them thinking it is not making any difference now to my mum and there becomes a point where it will stop.
I just wondered if anyone knows how long it takes to come out of your system. Since mum had the reduced tablet we didn't notice much difference. Yet the past 4 weeks or so there has been a deterioration. It's hard to know if this the effect of the tablet or deterioration in the Alzheimer's?

Thanks for this. They have kept my mum on her full dose of Ebixa. We're back at consultant next week so will see what they say
