    Hello all.
Is there any medication that could "ease" the problem?

    Dear Snuffy,

    What is the 'problem' exactly?

    Hi Snuffy

I believe what Jude meant was - what aspect of the illness is the particular problem at the moment.

My experience has been that there are a number of areas where medication may be tried:
    • slowing the affecting of memory in the early stages
    • easing problems of sundowning
    • easing problems of depression
    • easing problems of aggression
There is a host of other things for which medication may be tried, either one by one, or in combination. As we all know, there is no magic pill.

Is there a particular area which is worse than the others at present?
