Over the years I have always printed out medication charts for my parents to help them to keep tabs on their medications. Even before his alzheimer's in my Dad's case.
They also kept a copy of the charts in the Lions message in a bottle in the fridge door, which came in very handy on one occasion.
When they have had to go to the GP or to hospital, the charts have given the doctors a very quick and clear overview of what's happening. Every time they have seen them, the staff have raved about them.
