Not sure if I have posted in the right place here , but I just wondered if anybody uses a medical tag.
I am a membere ot a truck site and there is a police officer that mentioned these some time ago for drivers. My daughter got me one for my last birthday because I was hoping to go back abroad next year and thought it would be a useful thing to have. Mine has a usb pen that can be pluged into a computer, the police/ambulance have them fited to vehicules and hospital can get immediate access to my conditions, blood group, tablets allergies etc
I just wondered if it would also be useful for dementia sufferers when they get lost as I have done on occasion
he also mentioned putting ICE (In Case Of Emergency), Name, and contact number into a phone as they trained to check for these tings first.
I never take mine off and think I might updat the details.
Thanks
