Looking for GPS based devices for handbag and car

Good morning, I am looking for some advice for my Mother. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2017 and we are now looking for some safety net devices. We have the find my friend app on her iPhone and it works perfectly. We are looking for GPS based devices for her handbag and car that people can recommend? Ones that we can ideally track from our phones remotely. Any help would be massively appreciated as we are struggling with the many options online. Many thanks
