Long handled cutlery

Does anyone know of long handled cutlery like the long handled latte spoons you can get?
I don't want the foam like handles but actual long handled metal cutlery. OH can bend his elbow but has a problem lifting his arm from the shoulder so long handled cutlery would solve the problem of struggling to reach his mouth. At the moment I have sellotaped a spoon handle to the fork handle so it extends it.
