please consider staying safe online ... you are best to chat with members here, they may not be in your area but many are in a similar situation and those of us who have been carers generally remember all too well how it was in those early days
you may want to check out the Dementia Directory on the main AS site ... there are groups in your area but they may not be meeting right now due to the current restrictions
