So many of the generation above me have passed in the last couple of years - my beloved Dad, my Aunty Nita, my Aunty Barb, my Uncle Vic . . . . And in the years before: all my four grandparents, my Uncle Jim (in the Battle of Britain), my little cousin Donald (aged two), my Uncle John. . . . And the treasured babies that never made it into this world.
May candles glow for each and every one so that their memories remain bright in my heart and in the hearts of those who loved them.
