Other half is 65 with dementia (not far off a care home.)
Our mortgage recently came to an end.
We both had life insurance which expired when mortgage finished.
The life insurance company wrote to advise us of this and said we could take a different life policy which would jyst need a few questions over the phone.
It did have a time limit to do this which I missed.
So now need to try and sort something how am I placed at getting life insurance for someone with dementia and should he go into care would a policy be affected or would it be just a change of address for him.
