LGBT and dementia in Manchester

We've had the following request from Julia Collins, a Dementia Support Worker based in Manchester:

Alzheimer's Society's dementia support service in Manchester are teaming up with the LGBT Foundation to look at ways to support people who are affected by dementia in the Greater Manchester LGBT community.
