Lethargy

I notice that I have several extremely sleepy days in succession. I will get up and have a light breakfast and am then back in bed again dead to the world until lunch time. Then a sleep in the afternoon as well as sleeping through the night. I will then have a couple of more normal days. I have had no medication changed so can only assume this is 'Al' progressing?
