1 step forward 2 steps back - just returned fron visiting Aunty and though she was quite bright today and kept chuntering away about goodness knows what, we came away with a negative again. Seems the staff have had to remove her telephone as she called the police on 999 again in the middle of the night.

She seemed to be using it quite regularly (only the one-touch pre-programmed numbers) to speak to a couple of her friends and although more often than not they couldn't understand very much they were pleased to hear from her. Recently she had begun to ring them back having just rung off so I guess the button pressing had become more random.

I suppose its good that she hasn't asked anyone where its gone!

Dear Kriss,

This is definitely a 'laugh' situation. Your Auntie is quite a character isn't she? I would have loved to have heard the conversation at the police emergency line last night. Would have been priceless.

Cheers, Jude
