Hi Jenniferpa,
Its brilliant news. We heard about it yesterday when a newspaper health editor rang us at home. Lets hope some one with common sense looks at this case and comes out with the correct answer, for all the people in this country who are ill, no matter what the illness is.

I was particularly unimpressed with the response of NICE's chief executive: if they'd been transparant in their decision in the first place there would be no need to "divert energy and funding from the work we do to support patients and health professionals and get the most out of the resources available to the NHS".
