Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm not having any problems on other websites, and not always on here, but over the last few days sometimes access seems to be extremely slow, with no rhyme or reason about it.
Intermittent slow downs

It comes and it goes: about 5 minutes ago I would have said, yes, it's fine, but it just did it again.
