Information Pack

I do wish I had been given an Information Pack when I was diagnosed in January. The consultant gave me a list a group meeting in the area and a fact sheet from Alzheimer’s Society.

I would not have felt so lost and then angry waiting for the follow up visit, which I had to nag for and again and again.

When my ker Worker did visit my home she gave me a few fact sheets which I had already obtained myself.

I wish she had come with a pack of information.

Yes you feel like you are lost and walking in the dark.it is tiring looking for the information you need.

I cannot understand why every person is not given this guide at the time of being diagnosed.
