Hi

Is there anything that can help with Incontinence? I buy good products but still leak from time to time.

Should orange juice be avoided? How many cuppas per day?

Please don't restrict fluid intake! It will only cause more problems including UTIs.
Personally, I always have more output after drinking tea, so perhaps stick to plain water, but plenty of it.

I tend to let mum drink as much tea as she likes in the morning and then afternoon she has a very watered down cordial. By 4p.m she has taken more than required daily input and usually does not want any more fluids, which is good because I then try to get her on to toilet at least 3 times before bed - does not always work the way I want it to because we do still get leaks through the night, so I am now buying booster pads that I put in her night time pull ups, needless to say she is very padded before bedtime around 10p.m and usually very wet in the morning!
