not sure if you have heard of a site www.bigtreemurphy.com, but there is a very detailed section on advice for incontinence. The site is very humbling and full of empathy for the practical issues that face a carer.

The above site has nothing to do with the alzheimer's society, but I think it provides a lot of useful practical advice based on experience. It would be unfair to quote some of the gems on the site, so I have provided a link instead.
Nada gave the details of a couple of uk charities/companies that provide specialist help / advice - I've contacted them both in the past and they've been very helpful.
