Hi. This is my first post. My mum is in a care home. I am a bit worried they are understaffed and not managing her incontinence as well as could be, but don't actually know what is possible. I have just been asked to buy her slipper socks, as the slippers she usually wears often get wet in "accidents" and can't be washed. Should it be possible to keep replacing her pads so that she doesn't keep wetting her feet, or these accidents just something that happens. They seem good at knowing when she has an infection, so that isn't the problem.
Very grateful for any experience shared. Thanks.
