Hi all,

I've not been on here for about a month now. We had a family holiday which was very much what we all needed (dad had a great time) while we were away I was so relaxed I kept forgetting to take my 'happy' pills so I decided I didn't need them anymore I told this to the doctor who was really pleased with me. And everything was going so well till one huge argument with the husband and now I feel like I'm back at the start again! I need his support more than ever!

I'm not sure what your happy pills were - but its not advisable to stop taking any medication suddenly :(

Hopefully your GP will understand and help you to re-stabilise and then you can cut down gradually (I work for a tranquilliser addiction agency so I know my stuff by the way!)

Hope you dont feel too bad at the moment - its a very, very easy mistake to make and its wonderful that you have a supportive partner as that's really key to success xxxxx
