My Grandma was diagnosed with Dementia back in 2011. We have been through good and bad times. On 4th October she was taken from us, she had chest infection which we believe turned to pneumonia. I feel so lost and doing the best I can to help mum and uncle etc. We went to sort her funeral plan, she done it all already to save the burden when this time came, and in her safe was a letter for each family member she wrote before diagnoses etc. Sad thing is funeral not until 8 November due to error on date from Dr that visted the home she was in to write the certificate, so now it has to go through a coroner. She was and is a wonderful lady and lived to 92. (She wanted to make 100 to get telegram from the Queen). May she R.I.P xx
