i have just spent 2 hours telling some of my experiences with fld

i knew it would hurt re living start or illness 10 - 15 years ago
but i did not crack up till he said at the end what do you think about the future
i could hardly get the words out
there is no future i said a bit more but cant repeat it now as it hurts like hell
i said i will have to stop now --i just hope it helps some one

it did help but i need a bit of time to get my head around it

it alowed me to say things i knew but could not voice to any one for fear of hurting them only thing is now i have said them it is also making me realise these things are real i cant put it right
