Although technically I am not termed with dementia, it's merely a step away. (per neuro). I've a ridiculous amount of lesions on my brain and according to my Dr. there is no reversing nor stopping the atrophy. Also, I have Primary Progressive MS. This whole experience is quite overwhelming. I was diagnosed in 2018; I can feel myself (my brain I should say) slipping from time to time. It's so scary. One of the worse things about diseases of the brain is no one believes anything you say. I don't know how I came about to this site. I'm so glad I did though. xgracy
