Why does it take someone in the public eye to die of Alzheimer’s to bring it to the fore? So many are suffering and have lost their life to this cruel disease and yet it isn’t given a second thought. When is the government going to wake up and do more for all the people affected and their carers?

or dementia in general. terry pratchett, prunella scales, iris murdoch, my husband has vascular dementia and they get even less exposure. people need to know what are the differences and some classic behaviours. the amount of times i have heard is it alzheimers or dementia,really need more information and training
