Hi, I am at a loss at the moment as my Mum is in the stages of being diagnosed, but there is no doubt that she has Dementia. The problem I have is a hygiene one, as we went through the slight incontinence issue OK, but are now noticing that there are traces of poo on her clothing and in the toilet when she has been, How do you speak to your Mum, when she has always been so proud and clean? It is breaking my heart, and I know we are only at the beginning
