I have found dha in tablet form. (I crush them for myself as most suppliments are a hard tablet and nasty tasting to me.) Dha , if my memory serves me right, is one of the omega supplements, it is found in most products that are high in your omega's such as salmon and flax seed. For myself I have found that if I crush it and put it in my yogurt it is much easier. Sorry I am one of those that has to be reminded to take meds and if I don't like it...well let's just say I am non-compliant. Mom's disease has made me realize that every little thing that she did not do I push forward with myself as I do not want my kids having to go thru this. Most dr's in the US say 2 servings a week of an oily fish is enough to cover requirements for your omegas and the dha. I don't think, at least have not found, conclusive studies but have found studies that make me think it was worthwhile for her and most definitely for me.
