How do I stop blog e-mail notifications?

I posted a comment today in someones blog, now I get an e-mail everytime someone posts in that blog. How do I stop the notifications please?

Thanks Sylvia,I must have had too much vino last night as I struggled, I clicked on blogs on the green tool bar & only got the options.

I was a bit stumped, then I clicked on recent entries, found the blog & left clicked on the user name under the avatar. I then got another seven options. The fourth one down was unsubscribe from this blog entry. So I muddled through and somehow found out how to do it and am putting it on here, as I am sure to forget when I need it. There is probably more than one way of doing it, but this will do fine.

I am so glad I was inadvertently subscribed to this, as it was sue38 & I wouldn't have got the latest worrying news. I hope she manages to post an update from her sister's in Athens and that her Mum is fine. It will be good when they are both safely home. I will stay subscribed after all for the time being.
