How can I say no?

Mum is hardly eating and now weighs about 5 stone 9 lbs, possibly less now!
She has just said to me "I haven't eaten much again today have I, I will be alright won't I" , also "I'm not much company am I, keep sleeping all the time".
I just reassure her by saying of course you will be alright and don't worry if you keep sleeping your body obviously needs it. Please reassure that I'm doing the right thing by saying these things, if not then how do I respond to these questions?
