Really hoping it works out and that the return home does lead to your Dad improving.

Apart from the invaluable hands on caring your brother will be doing, it means you have someone else who knows the full problems. So when the time for permanent decisions comes, you will have someone to share the burden of determining the best way forward. Very best wishes, your Dad is so lucky to have such caring children.

This may have been discussed in another thread, but do you or your brother have POA for Health and Welfare? Wouldn't SS have to take over if anything were to happen to prevent you or your brother making decisions regarding your father. Just a thought.
