Has anyone used holiday accomodation suitable for dementia sufferers at the stage of needing help with walking, washing, toilet etc? A short break would be good but it's daunting being away from home. Thanks

Yes. Revitalise have three Alzheimer's weeks a year, the next starts on 9 January which might be too late now, plus there is one beginning of March. There are nurses 24/7, you use them as much or little as you need.
