There is a charitable organisation called Vitalise who specialise in holidays for dsabled people and their carers. They have five hotels located throughout England which offer a variety of accommodation and activities.

Unfortunatly there are only one or two weeks per year devoted to Alzheimer's sufferers and these weeks are subsidised by the Alzheimer's Society, which means they fill up very quickly.
I have spoken to a carer who has been to the one at Southport and he cannot speak too highly of the care and help he and his wife received.
