Holiday insurance

I have just tried to renew our annual holiday insurance . As soon as I mentioned my husband has new diagnosis of dementia it was doubled! Does anyone know of a sympathetic insurer for this condition?

I used to use Staysure https://www.staysure.co.uk/. Having said that my husband died 4 years ago so my experience is very probably out of day by now!
