Hello, I’m Sally. My Mum is living with Alzheimer’s. She came to live with my husband & I 3 & a half years ago when she was in the early stages.
Things are very different now. She rarely gets out of bed, & has very little appetite. I know there are thousands of people in the same position, but I don’t know any of them, & it would be really good to talk with others that are.

Looking after your mum in your home for so long is kind of you, though exhausting too

I hope you have some support, eg home care visits, to take some of the everyday tasks from you
