Hi to everyone. my dad has gradually become worse with his dementia and is in a temporary care home which we do not think is meeting his needs. We would like to apply for continuing healthcare but do not know where to start does anyone have advice please.

CHC is not easy to get - the bar is raised very high.

If you think he qualifies then contact Adult Services (Social Services).
