I haven`t any experience of a Free Wills Network but am usually suspicious of anything legal which is offered for free.
However there are lots of offers for free wills on the internet which look quite trustworthy so it`s possible some are bona fide.
If you feel your dad has been scammed I would seek advice from the police.
