I'm new to this site and I'm sure this has been discussed many times before.
I have a 95 year old grandmother who is having auditory, sensory and visual hallucinations, many which are very distressing to her ie monkeys under her bed, man in her room, puppy's seeing in her bed and wardrobe.
Explored so far - hand and leg massage, reading to her, listening to music and reading her letters. Also perfume to cover smells.
Any other help or ideas ?? Mobility is an issue.

I'd say a review of her medications and checking in with her GP are in order, just to make sure everything is okay and to see if there is any relief that can be offered.

Otherwise, I think you are probably doing the best you can: company, reassurance, comfort, and pleasant interactions.

I am not sure if there is information about this on the Alzheimer's website? Let me go and have a look.
