Could tell this morning he wasn't really 'here' but, unusually, has got much worse as day has progressed. Wanted to come with me to town - but what town? where was Home Bargains, where was Sainsbury's? Later, out of the blue someone had thrown a bomb and cracked his head open, that happened last year. His grasp of any sort of reality has diminished. Been wandering, fortunately only in the garden, for over an hour, says 'they have really landed me in the cart now' who? What is he talking about, he doesn't know, talks about his job 30 years ago as though he Is going tomorrow.. He is so 'gone', will he come back? to what is normal, for him. He is sat there now, just blank.What is in his head? Is anything?
