Just a quick note to say that I'm having my curfew taken off on Monday.

The CPS are not objecting to it so it's a formaility.

Looks hopefull as they seem to be softening their attitude to me.

Happy for a change!!! Feel like having a weep through release of stress.

Well it's not over yet and at present I'm still down for the trial, but as my solicitor said the prosecution do seem to be softening towards me. Put it this way, last September, when I was arressted, they didn't want me at home, but in custody. My solicitor then wanted me to have bail but with a condition that I musn't visit mum. It's taken 7 months to get to that stage.

He's also said (well his secretary really) that we should win, though I'm not counting my chickens!!!

Keep you informed where I can. As you can understand, don't want to do anything that may jeopardise my defence.

I know Mum is OK which is a blessing.
