I have just had the results of a blood test and they came back negative for B12 deficiency. However, I am still having problems walking, solving problems, sometimes feeling 'spaced out' and lack of motivation. Are there any tests that can be done to diagnose early onset dementia?

Welcome to the forum @bsulli.

I’m sorry to hear about your concerns. I’m presuming you’ve already been to your GP as you’ve had a test for B12 deficiency. I think you should ask to see your GP again and explain your concerns in details. The Alzheimer’s Society had a form which might help you note down your concerns. You could take that along and let the GP see it before your discussion -
