    Hi...

I'm looking for any information that I can use to help my mother - she is a carer for my much loved stepfather who is in the early to mid stages of Alzheimer's. I want to help as much as possible but live in Ireland with my two teenage children, so cannot get back often enough to be of real help. My mother is not in the best of health and is finding life hard. I have tried to find out as much as possible on the web regarding any help she would be entitled to but am not having much luck.. Any advice would be most welcome.
    Thank you,
    Spirit.

    Hello spirit,
    Welcome to Talking Point.
There are fact sheets available to print off on home page.
Also, if you have a local Alzheimer's Branch you will find them very helpful.
Other people will come on line and give advice.
    Best wishes
    Christine
