Ftld + mnd/als

I thought I was badly off, but a friend of mine's partner has just been diagnosed with FTLD and Motor Neuron disease of the type ASL (sorry can't translate this as it called SLA in Italian). Is there anyone on this Forum coping with a similar problem? I'm doing what I can but it's so different from VD with AD features.
