I completely understand your despair and anxiety. I volunteer in a local nursing home and am there most days. I have noticed that residents have not deteriorated since the lockdown as we talk to them about loved ones and try to keep them active. Also, there have been many instances where staff or even family members have been unable to come in/visit for a long time, many months and I have noticed how quickly contact is reestablished once they do.
