Look I am pretty dyslexic - cannot spell or do grammar - left school at 15 but...

cannot make italics work but admirals sail the sea admirable is a qualitative statement - there is a lot of charity dosh floating around and Alzheimer's is flavour of the month and and and....

Not sure, but I would be careful - they may be fine or may be a scam...

Admiral nurses

I don't know about the charity, but I do know that Admiral nurses are genuine - they exist mainly in the south of England and in the Manchester area, but hopefully they will become more widespread as time goes on. See this link:

We do have Admiral nurses in the Midlands,they do a grand job.
There sems to be so many charities,how can we support them all?

Hi Norman

I didn't post the link with the idea of raising money for the charity. I thought that they might be of help to someone! I do agree that you can't support all the charities, you have to pick something close to your heart I guess. I give money to diabetes charities because my 17 year old son has diabetes and if he didn't have it I wouldn't be donating to them!
