I know there has been some discussion on taking folic acid and I want to get on it but am unsure what the recommended dosage is. Does anyone have that info or know where I can find it?

Incidentally, I took folic acid and iron supplements for a month (was deficient in iron) and found that with folic acid, I wasn't as crochety as I normally am on those special days.
