For me - The reality of this part of life was traumatic & then numbness & then autopilot kicked in sprinkled with grief, & lots of regrets for Opportunities’s missed!
Well there are always going to be what ifs?
Even writing this now I feel the heartache & pain of losing my Loved one.
please remember on your darker days that you are in mine & others thoughts - so you are never truly alone in this
we are beside you in thought, squeezing your shoulder, holding your hand, sharing your tears, & giving you the hugs that you need but can’t always bear to recieve from friends & family- all this via TP as & when you need it.
That to me sounds like a true friendship & one I couldnt be without.
