A couple of weeks ago i put a thread on about my mums lastest nightmare visit to the consultant and how it all appeared to be a complete waste of time as they said there had been no change in the last year which to us was ludicrous!
We now have had news from social services and the local Alzheimers society to say they are both going to visit and see what help they can offer. I might add this has been made easier by the afct my mums sister works at a local doctors surgery so has been able to get plenty of professional advice.
Anyway fingers croosed we now might get somewhere, I'll keep you posted!
