The last couple of days I seem to have been more random
My cooking has gone a bit wrong 3 burns and boiled potatoes dry yesterday
Set off heat detector too!
Still food turned out OK just that I couldnt indulge!
Well I did have 1 scone!;)

Diet is going well I have lost 62 lbs Thats 4 stone 6lbs!

I have written an article for a magazine I called it
"I have a short term memory problem - but I never forget I am on a diet!"

I love that Sarah. It`s amazing how somethings are inescapable. :roll eyes:

Sorry about the `randomness`. I never fail to be amazed you do what you do.

Sarah, I am in awe of you. Such determination and will power - would you please send some here? I desperately need it. :D

I would be very interested to read your article.

Well done Sarah. That's a lot of weight to lose. Do you have to buy new clothes?:)

I have bought a few bits mostly from charity shops as my size keeps changing

I need to buy some new underwear (not from Charity Shops I hasten to add!)

I bought myself some new crocs to match my Dementia Friends T shirt!

Last week I bought a pair of size 16 skinny jeans!

I am doing race for life so I got the tshirt for that running (well walking as my Mum died of breast cancer aged 51 My Granny died of breast cancer before I was born and my sister is a breast cancer survivor

I am doing it on Sunday and some of my friends are having a picnic lunch in the park so they can cheer me on between mouthfuls:D

Wow Sarah - 62lbs is so impressive. Love the title of the article - hope we will be able to read it once it's published.

Good luck for Sunday.

Oh enjoy your race for life Sarah. I did one last year and it was a great event. Lots of friendly people, all there for the same reason so good atmosphere. You look fab in pink:).
