Failing Mum

No matter what I do Mum is refused CCA she can do nothing for herself, washing, feeding, blowing her nose etc. Why do we have this allowance if no one is qualifies ?

Hi Carrot Top, I'm not sure what CCA is, is it perhaps the same as CHC ie Continuous Health Care? There are such strict rules and every assessor seems to interpret the answers in a different fashion. Perhaps you could give us a bit more information.
