Eye Ulcers?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a link between getting recurrent eye ulcers and alzheimers?
Wondering if this is part of the process or if linked to medication if anyone has experience of this?
Still relatively early stages in the disease so other physical issues not really present.

Ive not heard of a connection, but Im wondering about hand hygeine. Quite often people with dementia forget about hand washing and if you then rub your eyes.......

same here ... does the person rub their eyes a lot, so potentially transferring germs
worth checking with their GP as there may be meds to help
