Extremely disheartening...

Only 150 MPs (out of 650!!) signed up to 'Fix Dementia Care' according to the email I received from AS recently. Not the best news to hear in January. When will anything change for PWD and their loved ones. Dispiriting stuff.

Dementia is not "sexy" and it is expensive. Most MPs just want to sweep it under the carpet.

I agree.

However, it is not going to go away, and if I remember correctly it is now perhaps the 'biggest killer' and is going to affect many, many more people.

I agree, but MPs tend to use a head-in-the-sand tactic for things like that.
